Factory Waste Handling (Landfill) Arrangement, CAT Dealer Powertrain & Hydraulics Rebuild at 11,191 Hours, Fully Maintained by CAT Dealer Since New, CAT Semi U Blade w/ Trash Rack, New Undercarriage w/ 28” Track Shoes to be Installed, Rear Transmission Guard w/ Counterweight & Striker Bar, Front Striker Bars. This Tractor will be Thoroughly Inspected Including all Pressure Checks, Performance Checks & Cutting Apart all Filters for Inspection. It Will Then Be Put Through Our “Reconditioning Process” Where All Needed Repairs & Servicing Will Be Completed. Complete Machine Will Be Sandblasted, Primed, Painted & New Decals Applied. WARRANTY INCLUDED.

 

At 11,191 hours, CAT dealer completed a

powertrain REBUILD on machine which included:

Replaced starter motor alternator eng wiring & batteries

Reconditioned transmission & bevel gear

Reconditioned torque converter

Reconditioned final drives

Reconditioned differential steering planetary & brake

Replaced differential steer motor with REMAN

Reconditioned transmission oil pump

Reconditioned radiator

Installed REMAN fan pump 

Installed REMAN fan motor 

Installed NEW implement pump 

Reconditioned main hydraulic control valve

Resealed cylinders

Reconditioned track adjusters

Reconditioned equalizer bar

Reconditioned cab

At 15,320 hours, installed NEW fan motor 

At 16,120 hours, performed 2,000 hour service.
