Upon arrival to our yard, machine was stripped for power washing

Machine was inspected visually & operationally

Engine oil filter was cut open - clean

Transmission filters were cut open - clean

Hydraulic filters were cut open - clean

Axle oils were checked - levels good & oil clean

Replaced transmission oil

The following performance checks were completed to ensure within OEM spec;

Engine high & low idle

Engine high & low idle oil 

Fuel 

Engine boost

Transmission pump 

Transmission lube 

Transmission lock-up 

Pilot pressure

Main hydraulic relief pressure

Steering standby pressure

Steering margin pressure

Steering cut-out pressure

The following repairs were completed by Marcel Equipment;

Updated all ECM’s to latest software

Rebearing center hitch with NEW pins & bearings

Installed NEW front steering cylinder pins & bearings

Installed NEW front steering bore bushings in frame

Installed NEW bottom loader frame pins & bearings

Installed NEW tilt link pins & bearings

REBUILT parking brake

Installed NEW NOX level sensor

Installed NEW boom positioner sensor

Replaced quick coupler hoses

Installed NEW belt tensioner & idler pulley bearings

Installed NEW engine belt

Installed NEW 3rd valve aux hydraulic hoses

Installed NEW front glass 

Installed NEW armrest 

Installed NEW wipers

Cleaned & serviced HVAC system

Completed misc cab repairs

Completed misc minor repairs on machine
